Thank you for visiting our web-site and taking the time to find out about a new and exciting place to worship.

Genesis Fellowship is a contemporary style, casual dress church which meets inside of the YMCA in Cross Lanes, WV every Sunday morning at 10:00am. We are a new church plant from the West Virginia Baptist Convention which uses an awesome praise band and encouraging and challenging preaching to inspire members and attendees to step up and out in faith for Jesus Christ.

We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our children as we teach them how to live the life God has set out for them. We also have a growing youth group which meets every Tuesday at 6:30pm also at the YMCA.

If you want to be active in an exciting, growing church then Genesis Fellowship is the place for you and your family. We invite you to join us as we learn how Jesus Christ can lead, guide and direct every aspect of our lives.

We refer to our church as a place where friends are family and all of us are “beginning, creating and living life for Christ”. We enjoy seeing people begin a new life with Jesus Christ or go deeper with the relationship they already have. We also get excited when people begin to realize that a true, loving relationship with Christ enriches them beyond their wildest imagination.
